1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of My Cracked Resume and its related services (the "Service"), operated by The Rigid Project LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

The Company assumes no responsibility for verifying the age of users or obtaining parental consent.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.

You may not:

• Share your account with other individuals.
• Access or attempt to access another user's account.
• Misrepresent your identity when creating an account.
• Circumvent account limitations or usage restrictions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free Usage and Abuse Prevention

New users may receive up to three (3) free AI-generated resume generations.

The free allocation is intended for a single user. Creating multiple accounts, using multiple email addresses, or engaging in any activity designed to circumvent free usage limits is prohibited.

We may use technical measures, account reviews, device information, IP addresses, payment information, and other signals to detect abuse.

If we reasonably believe a user is attempting to evade usage limits, we may restrict access, revoke free generations, suspend accounts, or terminate access without notice.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions currently cost $10 USD per month, unless otherwise stated on the Service.

An active subscription grants access to unlimited resume generations during the applicable billing period, subject to reasonable use and compliance with these Terms.

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or subscription offerings at any time. Changes will not affect an active billing period already paid for.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, database, or infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, exploit, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.
• Use automated methods to abuse, scrape, overload, or manipulate the Service.
• Circumvent security measures or access controls.
• Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Security research, testing, or vulnerability analysis is prohibited unless expressly authorized by the Company in writing.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate resumes and related content.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or content that is not suitable for your particular circumstances.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before using it for job applications or any other purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, design, features, and content, is owned by The Rigid Project LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, no rights are granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, abused the Service, or created risk for the Company or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, job placement results, interview success, or employment outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Rigid Project LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
